Making a Roland MC-8 Cable

It’s been quite awhile since I’ve posted anything new here, but I’m thinking of selling my “blue meanie” MC8 (one of two MC8s that I own), and decided to look around the net to see if anyone had worked out how to fabricate a new data cable for it (since it didn’t come with one when I bought it).
